Jordan Johnson leverages his diverse background and experience in a variety of roles and functions, including equity research and analysis, emerging technology, and alternative investments. In addition to his role as a Consultant for businesses in those fields, he assists companies with their initial rounds of seed funding, and is called upon by various angel investor groups and family offices as a subject matter expert to provide analysis and insight for potential investments and acquisitions. He is also actively involved in the incubation and acceleration phases for startups seeking assistance with company valuations and financial forecasts, business plan development, investment pitch decks, and other corporate presentations.
Jordan recently graduated with honors from Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business as an MBA student with an emphasis in Finance. While at Chapman, he and his teams won the ACG Cup M&A Case Competition during both years of the program. He also was the editor of the 2015 Investment Review, and won first place in the CFA Research Challenge as part of the Janes Financial Center Residency Program in both 2015 and 2016. He was chosen to receive the Financial Executives International Award for Excellence in 2015, as well as the Argyros School Continuing MBA Scholarship for Outstanding Performance and Leadership in the Program during his second and final year as an MBA Candidate.
In October of 2017, Jordan passed both the Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative (IB)) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam). In December of 2017, he passed Level I of the CFA Program.
